This week we were fortunate to sit down with Dana Lattery. Dana's journey began as a professional hockey player with the Flames, Bruins and Coyote's organizations. Following a career altering injury, Dana looked to start a new journey. He is owner/operator at Fly Fishing Bow River Outfitters, he is now an avid climber, Podcaster at Fly Fishing Saves Lives, film and content creator and amazingly passionate guide.

This week we had the pleasure of sitting down with Brendan Morrison. Brendan is the host of Reel West Coast, a fifteen year veteran of the NHL and avid fly fisher. We talked a lot of patterns, Junior hockey, Canucks, Flames, Caps, Devils, what he has been up to since retiring from the ice, the West Coast Express, being drafted, first NHL game, influences, dream trips and plenty more. On this episode we discover how his love for fishing and the outdoors turned into a TV show. This Weekend we sat down with Trent and Janelle from the Bum Diary Podcast. These guys are adventurous travelers, bar tenders, farmers and avid fly fishers. We talked about their passion for DIY fly fishing trips, Patagonia, Yellowstone and New Zealand. These guys are currently chillin in the Florida Keys before they head out on their next adventure. Today we sit down with Jason Bell. His whole life is focused on fish. As a Fisheries Technician with DFO and a Guide with Interior Fly Fishing Company this guy knows fish. We talk about entomology, patterns, techniques, indicators, tying, boats and much more. Jason joined us from his home in Kamloops BC.

This week we head to Colorado Springs Colorado to chat with Russell Davie. Russell is a Father, Teacher, Champion Wrestler who is living his best life venturing into the Colorado Alpine chasing Golden Trout, Cutthroat, Rainbows and Brookies. We chatted about planning alpine trips, what to pack, patterns, and lessons learned. Chasing beautiful fish in beautiful places, we talked influences, tying, sports, his wrestling career and much more.

Today we sit down with accomplished angler Gary Hanke. Gary has been fly fishing for well over 50 years. He earned the title of Master Fly Tyer, was former team captain for Canada at the World Fly Fishing Championships in Bosnia in 2015 and is also a former guide and fly fishing instructor. Gary runs Fly Life Canada... an on line retailer of fly fishing and fly tying equipment. We had a great chat about Gary's fly fishing journey and what drives his incredible passion for fishing.

Today we sit down with professional fly tyer Travis Rowe. Travis spends a lot of time fly fishing with his good buddy Congo, creating and perfecting his patterns in the interior of BC. We really got a chance to see what motivates Travis both at the bench and on the water. Grateful as always to sit down with such passionate people in the fly fishing space.
