1666年，伦敦失火。在灰烬中诞生了崭新的街景，重新覆盖了泰晤士河的两岸。
1847年，第一辆双层巴士上路。坐在上层前排靠右的乘客，首次体验了如低空巡航的快感。
1965年，英伦婴儿潮；
1986年，午夜的双层巴士楼上，有时坐着无所事事的年满二十一岁的婴儿，他们一圈圈地绕城游街。
耳朵里塞着耳机，腰间别着随身听，这是发明于1979年的新科技。迷醉散漫的声音，也一圈圈地绕在双层巴士的二楼。
