It's the small things that move us forward. Journaling is no exception. Every morning list 3 things you're thankful for, 3 things that would make today great, and 3 affirmations. Every evening list 3 amazing things that happened that day, and ask yourself "how could I have made today even better?"
For me, it only fills one page in a standard moleskin journal. It takes 3 minutes every morning and 2 minutes every evening and makes a HUGE difference in the way I think and the way I use my time.
Give it a shot and let me know!
Note: I jacked this idea from the 5 minute journal at intelligentchange.com. Check it out, or just use the questions on your own. Because why buy more crap?
Make the best out of what you have with the time you are given. Start now.
Have a good day! After today is gone, it's gone. So be happy. Live deliberately.

How is journaling helping you? I'd love to hear in the comments.
Be well,
