Michelle talks about how connecting the dots in a siloed healthcare system, being a make-it-work professional, and having many chances to innovate while on the job inspires her work in nursing informatics. She discusses challenges to look out for in the healthcare industry, as well as in nurse informatics and advises those who are recently graduated and are seeking job opportunities. Michelle explains in detail several possible career pathways for those interested in nurse informatics and encourages them to take project management certification classes and stay open-minded.
