Open relationships differ from swinging, in which partners have sex with other people at parties and where the relationships are purely sexual. And as explain in this interview was in a 4 year long open relationship with a young lady who he met on Plenty of Fish. She has met the other females who were working for Succeed as sex worker who she's met.

The pimp relationship with their females are somewhat like polyamory, where partners can pursue more than one committed relationship at a time but only difference the females are paid for sex. But open relationships are sort of the middle ground between swinging and polyamory.

But while swingers tend to keep their extramarital relationships to the realm of sex with other established couples, and polyamory is all about having multiple committed, romantic partners, people in open relationships can usually have sex with others they feel attracted to—with the caveat that these other relationships remain casual. In other words, you can have sex with whomever you want, but you can't fall in love with them.

The term "Trick Baby" is commonly used in the Pimp and Prostitute subculture to describe a child born to a prostitute as a result of a turned trick unprotected. As in your skank-ass mom is such a ho, I'd be surprised to find out you were anything but a trick baby...punk.
