My guest is Jose Colon, MD, MPH, a sleep medicine specialist and the founder of Paradise Sleep, an organization dedicated to education in sleep health. He is triple board certified in sleep medicine, neurology with special qualifications in child neurology, and lifestyle medicine. He specializes in sleep disorders and is the author of several sleep books including “The Sleep Diet, A Novel Approach to Insomnia." He is also an Institute for Functional Medicine Certified Practitioner and an American Society of Clinical Hypnosis Approved Consultant.
