Bill is a private investigator and that's how he met his first Coffin Confessing client, Graham. What started as a joke has turned into a full-blown business filled with revealing decade old secrets and doing a wide variety of house keeping items for individuals after they have passed. Join us as we talk about Bill's time spent as a homeless teenage and how he survived on the street. How Bill ended up being a inmate in one of the most well-known prisons in Australia, Boggo Road and how Coffin Confessing has gained him global notoriety. 

Bill is a published author, writing his memoir The Coffin Confessor in 2021. Bill's book is available Audible, Amazon and Kindle.

Another episode of For Folks' Sake is here! This week we are sitting down with Dalia Martinez to dig into a wide array of topics. What does it mean to really embrace your Soft Girl Era? What does it look like to set boundaries in a healthy relationship? How has being the older sister changed her perspective on family dynamics?

Dalia is a first generation Mexican immigrant who was born in Veracruz, Mexico and came to the States when she was just a child. Dalia shared her experiences growing up in America while still cherishing her native country and its culture. Our first guest of Season Two is a good one, Alexis Bondarets! Alexis came to the FFS Studio to talk about her experiences being raised by immigrant parents and how different Russian-Ukrainian culture is to American culture. The traditions that her parents acquired living in Eastern European have now been instilled in her and we discuss what traditions she will pass onto her children and maybe which one will end with her. With the recent events between Russia and Ukraine, it has been an interesting time to be a part of both cultures, Alexis breaks it down for us and gives us a look into how the world has shifted in her eyes.

I am so appreciative of Alexis for coming on the podcast and being vulnerable enough to share her experiences with me. I am also thankful because she has been a supporter of the podcast since the day I started and that type of loyalty means a lot to me.

This week we are graced with the appearance of Julia Washington, host of the Pop Culture Makes Me Jealous podcast. Pop Culture Makes Me Jealous is all about looking at all forms of media through the lens of race and gender. Julia is a solo mama who walks us through her viewpoint of single mother portrayals in media. She walks us through the challenges of being a young mother and raising a child in modern culture.

Along with being a mama she is also a biracial woman and was open to discussing biracial fetishization in real life and media. She discusses her experience with her racial identity and how culture wasn't always helpful in this journey.
