Here is Pt. 2 of The Struggle Is Real, join us as we conclude this candid conversation about living The Christian Life.
The Christian walk is a daily battle. It is a battle between who we once were and who we are now in Christ. There are now two natures residing where one used to be and that one nature has been accustomed to doing what it likes, when it likes, and for how long it liked. Once one accepts Christs, the Nature of Christ takes up residency and now it opposes the old nature. So now there is a constant battle going on. A struggle that is never ending. A struggle that tests the very fabric of your walk with Christ. It's a struggle between doing what is right and wrong and there are times when we win and times when we lose. Times when we can withstand the temptation, test, or trial, and times when we give in. However, the struggle is not a bad thing. If you are struggling, then it means that you are trying to do what is right. But on the other hand, if there isn't a struggle with you doing wrong, then one really should examine their claim of salvation. If you are constantly loosing the battle, then you need to check and see what nature you are feeding the most. Join us as we have a very candid conversation about the Struggle that one endures living the Christian Life.
How To Get Our Children To Honor & Accept Jesus Christ_Ep.16 Pt.1 Proverbs 22:6 & Ephesians 6:1-4.We at For Such A Time As This are concerned about our children and them knowing and having a relationship with God. Most of our children now a days have very little knowledge of God if any. The main reason for this is because a lot of parents don't teach their children about the Lord nor do they take them to church. So tonight on this episode we invited a young Christian man to talk with us about what we can do to get our youth to know Christ and to get them back in church. Join us as we listen to this Christion young man as he shares with us why he's saved and what we can do to get our youth to know Christ and to get them back in church.
