Steve Aspin has a professional background in marketing, sales and business management and worked for 35
years in the fields of surgery and medical diagnostics. In 1999 he founded what became an internationally
successful surgical innovations company based near London. He designed, patented, manufactured and
exported thousands of innovative products for both surgery and medical diagnostic systems to the global
marketplace.
Out of Time is his first published book on the subject of UFO and abduction research, following a lifetime of
coerced entanglement with this phenomenon. Researching for the book, Steve spent 10 years travelling the
world to meet with leading researchers in the field and discuss their findings with them face-to-face. He also met
with many abductees from every walk of life, and the experiences reported by these people are woven
discretely into the narrative structure of Out of Time.
Out of Time investigates the intergenerational nature of the abduction program. The book explores questions
such as exactly when and how the program may have been initiated; why such intergenerational continuity
might be important to the program’s instigators; what might be the ultimate objectives of the program, and when
and how its eventual goals might be realised.
Steve is now retired, lives with his wife in eastern England and may often be found in the early mornings
walking his dog across the Lincolnshire Wolds.
