Weight loss is not just about weight loss.
It's also about sustainability. You can be a pro at losing 20 pounds all day long, but if you aren't able to KEEP those 20 pounds off, it doesn't actually mean anything.
Sustainability is the other piece to the weight loss pie.

The last few months have been a little crazy for me. We moved into our first home, and chaos ensued. Adulting… amiright?
