Jean Grey has been kidnapped by the Hellfire Club, which means we get a surprisingly sapphic scene between Emma and Jean in which Emma restores Jean's memories and teaches her about feminism. And by feminism, we mean the Phoenix. Meanwhile, Logan and the rest of the X-Men have to deal with a ridiculous B-plot that takes over the episode involving Pietro kidnapping Senator Kelly for Magneto, then Mystique impersonating Senator Kelly to order that the Sentinels attack Genosha. How is this false flag operation going to help Magneto, particularly given that Xavier just showed him a vision of the future in which the Sentinels end all life as we know it? None of that makes sense, but at least the ride is almost over.
