Whether you've always been an anxious person, or have come to be more anxious as time has gone on (even just over the course of the pandemic), it can be difficult to spot or come to terms with some of the symptoms and harder still to find ways to cope with them. In this podcast we speak to Chloey Turner, who for most of her life kept her often crippling anxiety and depression a secret. For the last 12 years Chloey Turner has toured the world as one of the principal dancers in Riverdance, co-founded the weighted activewear brand Kilogear-Cut and is a fully qualified personal trainer and yoga teacher. Today she advocates positive mental health and wellbeing through various speaking engagements, workshops and classes.
