Matt Adams stops by the studio to talk it over with us. We talk to Matt about living in STL, his coaching experience in his post-playing career, and his perspective on Mike Shildt leaving San Diego. Matt also talks about the mindset and fire that is needed for Major League Baseball and what it was like hitting the walk off in the 2014 NLDS and a World Series with Washington in 2019.  Finally, Matt takes two-part questions from the audience.
