Sheryl Sculley retired in early 2019 after more than a decade managing the City of San Antonio and disagreements with its public safety unions that culminated in a campaign to change the City's charter and cast her as the villian in that years-long controversy. Now, Sculley is opening up about her time in the position and fraught dealings with the San Antonio Police Officers Association and San Antonio Professional Fire Fighters Association.
