Rea Saxena is a multimedia artist based on Coast Salish territories. Their work reconfigures analogue mediums (Hi8 tape, 16mm and Super 8 film) into hypnotic digital media experiences akin to psychic exploration. Through colliding old and new media, Rea investigates their own relationship to dysphoria, identity, and disembodiment.

Marion Benkaiouche was born in Marseille, France, growing up partially in Quebec and Florida before moving to Vancouver, British Columbia as a teenager. The archive aims to attune visitors to the idea of semiocide, and how we can preserve cultural heritage while accepting the ephemeral nature of our memories.
