This week Cambria, Desinae, Jada, and Jai get deep on the feelings of loneliness, the struggles of making friends in adulthood, putting yourself out there, and building social confidence. The answer to our loneliness is within our ability to have the courage to attract what we desire. Don't be afraid to go somewhere alone and make a goal to meet new people. People are all around us, but it's up to us to determine if the interactions we have with them will go past that first moment.
