After WRLT Radio hires an AI station manager, Allison's show is at risk of being canceled as it is seen as obsolete. Meanwhile, Cameron and Dylan decide to open a restaurant together, and Mrs. Halverson finds her way into their business.

When Dylan suggests that they all get involved in community theatre to meet more dates, our friends in Apartment 9 unwittingly spin a hilarious love quadrangle of erotic deception. 

After Mrs. Halverson tricks Apartment 9 into hosting a 60th birthday party for Mr. Halverson, our four friends have just one question: who is Mr. Halverson? After all they've never met him before. With only hours to go, Bradley, Cameron, Allison, and Dylan must discover who Mr. Halverson is and pull out all the stops in order to throw the biggest birthday bash the Fairvale Building has ever seen.

After Cameron suddenly dumps Bradley, they are ready to part ways until finding out from the endearing, but meddlesome, building concierge that rent is doubling. So to keep the apartment, both of them decide to find a third roommate. Unfortunately, they each try to out-maneuver the other preemptively, resulting in hijinks like you wouldn't imagine.
