I want you to consider that we are all wounded...many of our patterns and behaviors come from unconscious triggers...the psychology here is deep

I want you to consider that most of us are unconscious to our sedation patterns. They work for us. But the route cause is always fear. Fear of stepping into pain.

As BUSINESSMEN, WE ARE OFTEN TAUGHT TO “BRING HOME THE BACON”!!!

And we lose sight on our relationships. “I chose to go to work”, but “I chose not to read a book with my daughter”.

And we lose sight in what fulfills our inner soul/being. “I feel compelled to work an extra shift even though I’m exhausted and unenthusiastic about the computer that sits in front of me”.

And we often let our bodies go, “I may have worked sitting moving pieces of the puzzle today, but you cannot tell me that I have time to workout or eat appropriately.”

We run away from pain, sedate from our inner driver and ultimately end up in a place in our life where the foundation crumbles leaving us wondering...

What the F$&k happened to this kingdom I thought I was supposed to have.

Clarity of soul...our own unique values, purpose, and mission often comes from our deepest pain.

However, the more we run from understanding this pain, sedating it away...the more chaos we create in life.

This weekend...MEN of IRON, we experienced pain, but ultimately a LIGHT is turned back on so that these men can rebuild a foundation across body, being, balance and biz to construct their kingdom!

Bravo gentlemen...many men, do not have the guts to step into the MEN of IRON ARENA!!!

Consider that our tolerance level for doing and being outside our own values will eventually create pain and dissonance inside of us. There may also be a pain created by the collision necessary to acquire it. Relationships, jobs, life changes may be altered and forces us occasionally into paralysis by analysis. Ultimately each of us wants a certain set of values . Are you willing to FIGHT for them???

I want you to consider that dissonance and resistance will always occur the longer we do things that we perceive are not in support of our own unique hierarchy of values. When we realize we are here, we become faced with two choices...

I want you to consider that our ego likes to pull us into “im not good enough” based on stories we have about our past or into “im better than” based on delusions of grandeur...when we experience emotions on either side of this fence we can attract an experience to balance us which will create a trigger in the form of fear, anxiety, panic and more. The simple art of focused breathing can be used to being our sympathetic reflex back to a state of presence....easily said.
