First - here is the very specific audience: If you are a busy 9 to 5'er, I want you to be proud of that. There are so many messages out there about quitting your job to pursue the dream of entrepreneurship. Those messages make it seem like entrepreneurship is a breeze. They make it seem like there is a free flow of cash and ultimate freedom. Let me be the first to tell you --- that is NOT the case. If you have a job and you love it, then be proud of your job because it offers you the dignity, stability and ability to live the life that you have. However, at the same time, here is my strong suggestion though - while you have this job - create WEALTH by acquiring REAL ESTATE ASSETS. If not, after 20 or 30 years of working you will look back and have NOTHING to show for it. So, who is the "#howmuchwillimake" podcast geared to?
It is geared to you, if you have a job that you love and you want to add real estate assets as a path to creating wealth.
The very specific message? Very simple. You want to create wealth by building up real estate assets. That is absolutely awesome. I don't need to tell you why.

I have seen way too many people buy wrong, or manage the property wrong and lose money. Always ask yourself "how much will I make on this deal?"
