There are two realities in our world: the pandemic of the novel coronavirus and the pandemic of racism. We must face them both. In order to do that, we must be active listeners to the perspectives of others that are different than our own. It will not always be easy. It will most likely be uncomfortable. Yet we must gain understanding in order to advance.
