We're back! Season 2 has begun and we are so stoked for this round. We are upping our game by bringing double the episodes each month. Both will be around the same theme. Our goal is to provide you with multiple perspectives with the hope of creating crucial conversations for you and your ministry friends as you journey together.
We are also so pumped to have Drew Wright back with us (Episode 002 guest) to give us an update on his life. Drew's incredible testimony continues as he shares how God is redeeming his pain from the loss of two very dear loved ones in his life.
If you have not had a chance, go back to Episode 002 to hear Drew's incredible story to gain a fuller understanding for this week's episode.

We took advantage of the opportunity to be with you at the National Youth Workers Convention in Tampa, FL! You may hear some familiar names and voices here as we asked youth workers their advice in ministry.

Youth ministry is a grind physically, mentally, and spiritually. As leaders we are focused on students and volunteers in our community. It is easy to overlook taking care of ourself because we are so focused on others.
Being mentally healthy must be our first priority so that we can be fully present for others. We asked Brock Morgan to join us to share about his journey in mental health.

A growing reality for communities is the presence of bi-vocational youth leaders. What do we mean by this? A youth leader who works not only for their church or organization but also carries another, sometimes full-time, job. We invited Thomas Brackeen to share with us the nuances and benefits of being a bi-vocational youth leader for over 15 years in his community.

You've probably heard of it, fully bought into it, or completely rejected it at this point. We invited, Michelle Hogge, Boss's wife, to join us in our conversation as we learn about this craze moving around the ministry world.

Creating and protecting a day off can seem not worth it. Many of us push through without thinking there are possible consequences. We are stoked to have Josh Griffin join us in our conversation today to ell us about his experience and what he has learned through the years of why it is so important to have and keep a day off with consistency.

We have all heard it: defense wins championships. That may be true in sports, but not in ministry. If we are really going to last through the long haul, we must be offensively minded.
We are joined by Donishia Duncan in our conversation as she discusses just how important it is for us as leaders in ministry to be studying God's Word for our own sake not simply for message prep.
