Father's Day Special :)
This week's episode is for all my Alpha dominant people who have a hard shell, but deep down inside have a soft side too but are afraid to show it sometimes. Tune into the conversation that I have with Platinum Butterfly about being comfortable with your feelings (good and bad) and expressing them as well. We all have feelings and it's okay to show/tell others how you feel.
"Remember you loved and you matter."

Happy Pride Month Butterflies :)
To kick off Pride Month, I will be introducing my mom who is a part of my support system and love me regardless of my sexual orientation :) This week's conversation will be about her take on when I came out as a lesbian and the unconditional love that never faded.
Pride month isn't all about waving a flag and showing off your colors, it's about EQUALITY AND LOVE! No matter what your sexual orientation or gender identity, you are still HUMAN.

Have you ever felt like you are good too so many people and no one returns the favor? I know that feeling all too well and I am going to share a few of my experiences with you and give you some guidance on how to get through those times. It's okay to be a good person. I don't want any of you to feel like being a good person or having a good heart is bad because it's not.

With every action, there is a reaction. Or is it??? We are in control of how we react to things, but do we take accountability for these things? This week's episode dives into self-respect and not blaming our actions or words on others.
As always noted, everything I express is from my personal experiences and to be a support for others (if accepted) and not to be taken as any harm towards anyone because the Free Space Podcast is a safe space to all !
Remember you are Loved and you Matter
