Today’s dose of “Vitamin D” is dedicated to your freedom. Freedom to be, to do and believe whatever you want. In Beyonce's track, “Freedom,” I couldn’t help but think how some of us go through life never truly experiencing freedom. We out there screaming, “freedom, freedom I can’t move, freedom cut me lose.” Yet, we find ourselves trapped in repetitive cycles of anxiety, depression, generational curses, gluttony, pressures of religion, sexual orientation, financial burden…I mean you name it! But I’m here to remind you that you’re a winner & “a winner don’t quit on themselves.” 

Now it’s going to require you to do some work. Some work on yourself. So what does that look like…therapy? Discipline? Exercise? Meditation? Whatever it is, just know it will be uncomfortable, but well worth it. You’ve heard the saying, “I asked God to grow & it started raining.” That’s what you call growth. But there comes a point where you have to tell those “tears, go and fall away, fall away & may the last one burn into flames.” 

You know you are powerful beyond measure, right? You know have the ability to break chains all by yourself, right? You just have to make the choice. You have to choose to live your best life. Ain’t no more singing “freedom, freedom, where are you?” Not when you got and are the key! So keep going, “keep running, 'cause a winner don’t quit on themselves.
