Over the past year alone, Alex Sebregts has achieved astronomical success, tripling his sales numbers. He is now Freedom’s #2 highest-ranking agent nationally. But how has he achieved this in such a short time space?
Alex believes there are a few contributing factors but, overall, it has been our operating system that created his pathway to success. Freedom’s platform is built on Salesforce and is simply unrivalled. In his own words, it removes the guesswork like nothing he’s seen before in 17 years as an agent, allowing him to maintain a laser-like focus on the tasks that matter. Apart from ‘surrendering to the system’, Alex believes it’s important to surround yourself with the right people, culture, coaching and support.
Alex first appeared on the show at the end of last year and joins us again in our Brisbane studio, having travelled from his base in Perth for the Freedom Annual Awards. This year, he is opening the first regional office in Western Australia to continue growing his team and now has his sights set on helping others succeed. As a Freedom Regional Manager, we will assist with promotion and recruitment to help grow his business, as we do with all regional offices. With the goal to create #1 agents, coupled with his humble, kind and genuine nature, we know Alex is destined for even bigger things.
