Moshiach / Messiah the hope of Israel

A tzadik sees everything. If you see that all of the kingdoms are fighting against one another, get ready for the coming of the Maschiach. Avraham Avinoo had faith and relied on HaShem. HaShem loves us. What, he created people in order to destroy them? He loves us. People used to asked the Kutzger Rebbe, where is the Abister (God)? And he said wherever you'll let him into your life. HaShem wants us to open our hearts us to him. Says that the nations will have arguments and the king of Iran will scream and have an argument with Saudia Arabia. And in the end Iran will destroy the world but the Jews will turn to HaShem for himself. This is what's happening in Yemen today, as we speak.

Alter Rav said all of the nations will fight with each other, they will try to destroy the Jewish people but they'll end up destroying themselves.

R. Eliyahoo Lapian says that WW1, WW2 and then the war after that will be the war right before the coming of Mashiach.

Only the people that will be saved were the people that had fear from heaven. What is fear of heaven? Not that a person never fails but rather it's the fear of being far from God.

A person needs to go to sleep in order to help the Neshama recharge. The Neshama goes up but how does the body survive in the meantime? Hashed gives a person a picadon. 1 part of the soul stays with the body when a person sleeps. The soul gives sustenance to the body. Sleep is to help rest our minds as well for our own wellbeing.

Hashem sees and hears everything. Technology shows how obvious it is that HaShem exists. When HaShem creates person, he puts the soul in the body and thus, the soul feels overwhelmed by the body. The neshama should be in control really. Child doesn’t learn gemara because he’s young. We teach our children “right vs wrong” when their young in order that when their older, they’ll know what to do.

Torah and Mitzvoth give the neshama nourishment. How do the mitzvoth give sustenance? Tfillen correspond to head and the heart. Must be towards the heart when you where them. Tfillen shel rosh has 4 compartments which correspond to the four worlds. The body also has four worlds. Each world corresponds to one of the names of HaShem.

letter hay = left hand

Da'at & Wisdom | Achieving wisdom

Da'at is one of those difficult words to translate into English perhaps we can say Supernal knowledge which comes from Hashem as everything does. When a person is given Da'at and they clearly see that Hashem is running the show it is easier to achieve peace in any situation or in any unrest. Rebbe Nachman Explains that he combination of Da'at and Wisdom working in unison is a perfect recipe for achieving on a personal level, peace of mind and on a general level peace in the world as a whole.

Even in the lowest places | Hashem is always with you

Hashem the Creator is our constant source of life and if Hashem left us even for just a second we would cease to exist.

This means that even if a person hits rock bottom and goes to to lowest most impure of places even there Hashem is with him.

That should surely give anyone hope in their downs however on the same note a person must acknowledge the fact that if you are in that place of lowliness and contamination you are so to speak forcing the creator to be there as well and for that we must beg Hashem to forgive us.

To forgive us for bringing him to the lowest contaminated place whether in action or in thought.

When the prosecuting Angels come to speak badly about us the try to block the Kindness of Hashem from shining itself onto us and the rest of the world. We must never make Peace with the Yetzer Hara (The#1 prosecuting Angel). Our sages tell us that the only thing we can give the Dark side is the Mayim Acharonim (last waters). We must never give them a drop more.

Prayer and emunah (faith) go hand in hand. Prayer, and especially hitbodedut and personal prayer in your own words, make God so much more real to you. If you realy believe in a Creator, then He's someone you can talk to. And the more you pray and recieve divine intervention the more faith you will gain, and the more small miracles you will start to notice. God is not just a figurehead from the torah (bible) that exists for Judaism, major religions, and morals. A connection to HaShem (God in Hebrew) is meaning, purpose, and direction. He is the source of your soul, your life force, the universal truth, and the reason you are alive. True happiness is inner happiness and inner peace. Inner peace comes from a meaningful life. Depression, anxiety, and sadness come from a desire and and dependence on outside sources of happiness and excitement, but when the simcha (happiness) is radiating from within, from the soul, nothing can take that away, no matter what external events, dealing with challenges, or difficult situations come up. Rebbe Nachman of Breslev says this from of meditation (personal prayer and hitbodedut / hisbodedus) is heaven on earth, like living in paradise. Rabbi Nachman of Breslov writes that the only way to reach true simcha/happiness is through perfect emuna (faith), and trust (bitachon), because then you have nothing to worry about, nothing to fear, and can relax. The best cure, the most effective self help and natural emotional healing, is to realize that God exists, loves us, and that everything is for the best!

Proper Hitbodedut | Is it all about me?

We call Hitbodedut Personal prayer. Personal meaning a personal connection to Hashem not necessarily asking on everything we personally want. The Zohar says that those who come before Hashem and just say give me give me are equated to dogs. In hebrew the sound of the dog (Woof Woof) is Hav Hav translates to give give. We need to tap into a higher more proper Hitbodedut were we pray on Hashem and others and where we pray for things we need in spirituality not only physicality.
