Follow up talk from last week’s talk, discussion and practice about the importance of the intention we set for our practice based on Ajahn Amaro’s strong statements that if we’re not bringing loving kindness and an attitude of radical acceptance and friendliness to our mindfulness practice, that actually mindfulness will not work.

It’s actually a necessity to bring friendliness. It is a necessity to bring kindness and compassion into our internal investigation that will lead to our liberating insights and breakthroughs we are seeking.
