This sequel set the standard as an incredible follow up to the original NOTLD, and its bold social commentary that is deeply discussed many years later. A fantastic story and moment in time! We discuss this and the somewhat parallel but often different interpretations offered in the Snyder 2004 remake. An explosive action packed and violent retelling that doesn’t try to one up the original, but offer something new to the zombie mythos. NOTLD(1968) is revolutionary and we tell you all the good stuff as well as the legendary Tom Savini remake of 1990, that we consider one of the greatest remakes ever. Vanilla Ice exploded worldwide. It happened. The Iceman took over and even starred….appeared…in a movie, so bad it’s hilariously good fun. A movie that rolls like an MTV film clip and with more ‘Blue Steel’ poses and close ups than we ever imagined. Gotta see it kids. You really do. We reminisce on some great 90s bands also and sidetrack to the extreme. Gotta love it!

Say his name three times….we dare you… This week we share our love(and minor disappointment) of the beloved Tim Burton masterpiece from 88. The movie, the cartoons(I forgot the toys doh!) and the sequel that never was…initially. It’s showtime!

Our Rutger Hauer weekend gets a dose of RADNESS, as we dive into one of the best action comedies from the 80s, “BLIND FURY”. A must for any martial arts fan, who loves a good laugh and a feelgood time. This covers it all and we adore it. Enjoy!
