Whether you're adding systems to your business for the first time, or are getting poor results by doing it yourself or hiring the wrong person to do it the first time around, Gareth is great at working with you to address the challenges that you face. 

Here are a few notable nuggets from our wide-ranging conversation: 

Systems marketing is management of sales and marketing processes more effectively and in a more automated way. 

Only 3% of website visitors who discover you are ready to buy from you immediately. A lot of your leads fall through the cracks. 

The corporate lifestyle is not for all of us and can lead to loss of family connection. Gareth is now a corporate refugee focused heavily on business technology. 

Glossary of terms used in this episode

Education marketing – a 90-120 day automated marketing process that sends email out giving prospects insights into how to solve their problems

Chat widget– consider using an all in one CRM e.g. Go High Level (not an affiliate link). Prices from $97 p.m.

Recurring revenue is synonymous with leveraged income (some work upfront then revenue comes in automatically).

If you’re not hitting your intentional goals set PIVOT to find your ideal clients and do the type of work you want to. This was commonplace in the pandemic.
