Very little of what I do is teaching people WHAT to do when it comes to nutrition. Most of that is fairly basic (but there is a lot of misinformation out there..). Most of what I do is teaching people HOW to build the habits they know will be helpful into easy, sustainable routines. In this episode I give you several key examples on how to tap into consistency when motivation is seemingly non-existent.
