Feeling imposter syndrome on your journey to fulfillment & purpose? You are NOT alone, not even close! I feel this heavy energy almost daily and there are thousands others out there who feel it too. But just because it's there doesn't mean that you should let it stop you.

In this episode, I discuss some of the reasons why we might feel imposter syndrome with some specific examples about my own journey to date with it. I share why it's important for you specifically to face this fear head-on even when it's overwhelming (hint: it has to do with your own purpose) and how to figure out the next step you need to take in your journey.

If you're here, you probably have a vision for the business & life that you're creating. But how do you reflect to assess your progress toward this vision, your Future Self, and how often? And how do you stay attuned to the pivots & missteps along the way? The answer is Presence.

In this episode, I discuss the importance of staying super present and in the moment on this journey we are on to create our vision & future selves. As someone who loves a checklist & marking things off a checklist, it's easy to get stuck always looking ahead. And though it may seem counterintuitive, it's also the easiest way to end up completely off-course on your journey. I share a specific example of how I ended up way off track in my own business last year because I was more focused on and end result than what I was actually creating.

When you were contemplating starting your own business, what motivated you to take the leap? What did you value most? Have your values shifted at all since you've been on this journey for yourself?

In this episode, I discuss a common value amongst online entrepreneurs — FREEDOM — and how my perspective & understanding of this word & it's meaning have shifted over time. I share about my hardest Entrepreneur moment to date from Fall of 2020 when I was confronted by a harsh truth that permanently changed the way I did business going forward.

I also define what freedom means to me now in this moment and how studying my own human design has helped me come to this realization and pushed me to evolve along my own path.

Welcome to the Frequency & Flow podcast! 

Never in a million years did I think I would start a podcast, but here I am. If I've learned one thing in my own journey it's that when your intuition speaks, you listen. Even if it's "out there," even if it doesn't make sense. After months of ignoring this call, I've finally surrendered. So here we go!

In this episode, I state my intentions for this podcast and invite you to come on this imperfect journey of learning and growth with me as an awakening purpose seeker stepping into New Paradigm Entrepreneurship. A big piece of my journey has been the integration of Human Design & Gene Keys into my life & business & I also give a brief overview of how these tools found their way into my life. I also discuss my commitment to the Experiment & what that means for you as a listener of this podcast.
