Every decision, friendship, job, and relationship is critical, and will determine how fast or how slow you get to your destination. Oftentimes we get into situations or circumstances, that we did not consider the cost. You have to ask yourself is the juice worth the squeeze. Are the things that you are allowing to come into your life, are they beneficial or detrimental. Life if too short to be going in the wrong direction. Your next move, decision or action should be approached carefully and prayerfully. It could cost you more than you are willing to pay. Be smart and be good to yourself first. Remember with every decision or move a cost is added into the equation.
We all woke up this morning with limits and limitations. Most people are limited by their own perspective. Your personal capacity will determine what you can and cannot do. What we do is important, but who we are is even more important. Our capacity is defined by: what we can receive, what we can hold and what we can do. Do you want things that you do not have capacity for? Somethings we want and desire will be detrimental to us if we obtain it. Your limitations is not what you do not have, but what you do not use. It is vital that you know and understand your personal capacity, so you will a life fulfilled with joy and not frustration, because you are trying to do something beyond your Personal Capacity.
We were all created for a Purpose. Purpose is unique and tailored to each individual on this planet. It's like our finger print, unique and it identifies you. True Purpose is beyond your personal fulfillment. If we do not understand that we are created by God's purpose and for his purpose, we will miss the true reason why we were created. We often think because we are good at something, then that is what we should be doing? Being good at something and being in Purpose are two different things. The question is are you Purpose Driven? If not, than what are you driven by?
We all have bulls. We all have something that is difficult to deal with. We can no longer relinquish our ground and allow the bulls to intimidate us anymore. It going to take courage for you to walk into an atmosphere that is already set against you. Grabbing the bulls by the horns mean: to approach, confront, or deal with a problem or difficult situation directly and will a clear and confident action. If the tail of your bull is standing between you and what you are trying to achieve. Grab the bull by the horns and it's tail also.
How far would you be in life, if you would not have settled? If you are not careful, you will wind up settling for less than what you can actually have. Settling is easy, it is comfortable. Why settle in the wilderness and you've been given the promise land. When you settle, it means you have established a routine that you are satisfied with. If you are not willing to risk the unusual, you will have to settle for the ordinary ~ Jim Rohn.
The world we live in is filled with brokenness. We encounter daily people around us who are wounded by the reality of life. Each of us possesses a story of brokenness. Broken Crayons Still Color. Just because a Crayon is broken, does not mean it is still not a Crayon. It may not look like it should, it may not appear to function as it should, but if you give it a chance, it will still color and produce a work of art. You have to tell yourself, "I may be broken, but I am still useful in my brokenness. Do not be tempted to throw away what is broken. God can take the fragments of your life and finish what he has started. Broken Crayons Still Color.
We all have experienced a relationship, some were good, some were bad, and some you wished you would have never had. You cannot have a relationship without some time of conflict or issue coming up. Do you have the tools to enhance your relationship, or do you just dissolve the one you are in and move on to the next, without really dealing with the issue at hand. Relationship are give and take, they are never one sided, and if they are, then you should get out of that one. My goal in life is to make every person I met or come in contact with better. It does not cost you anything to be nice, even when the person you are trying to be nice to, is being irrational and ungrateful. Remember nobody's perfect, and that includes you. take a moment and get to know someone, and quit producing those cliques, "It's good to see you", "How is your day going" when you really do not care, you just thought you had to say something. Be genuine in your encounters, because you never know the impact you will have on a person, just because you were nice and approachable.
The position or situation you are currently in, is because you took advantage of the opportunity. You were prepared, qualified and had the competence and character to excel in the position. Most people just show up to the table, but you brought something with you. Oftentimes the difference in a games outcome, is a game changer. I did not come to attend and be apart of the game, I came to win. People always say, "When opportunity knocks, you need to be ready." I say "having the advantage before opportunity knocks, will allow you to meet the opportunity in the driveway." Having the advantage does not always guarantee success, because sometimes we have the advantage, but lack the strategy to seize the opportunity. Be an asset and not a liability.
