Have you ever been in a difficult situation? Have you ever felt like the odds were stacked against you? Have you ever felt helpless or circumstance? Oftentimes the storms of life tries to promote fear in our lives. Sometimes the odds are against you because you are in purpose, on purpose so the manifestation of who you are and who’s you are can be revealed. Just because the odds seems to be against you, does not mean you stop giving thanks to God. In trying times don’t decline. With God I like my chances, Despite The Odds!

We all say, "Man I cannot wait until It's My Turn", "When is it going to be My Turn"? How effective will you be when it's your turn? Only time will tell. That will be determined by what you are doing while you are waiting. Will you leave it better than you found it or will it be worst off after you? Next does not guarantee Next Level. We all have opinions when it comes to somebody else doing something, and we are the critics: I can coach better, I can parent better, I can lead better, I can teach better. etc... Better meaning that it compliments that which was already in place and not in a obnoxious way. Most people, when it is their turn, they try to out shine the person before them, as if to say, what they brought to the table was insignificant. When our turn comes, we cannot treat it as if we will get another chance. A turn is nothing more than an opportunity for those who are able to recognize the purpose and the impact of that moment. Value your turn, because someone is waiting on you to be the purpose God intended for you to be. Be Bold, Empower, Impact, and Leave A Trail Of Change Behind.

Who does not want a return on their investment? Investment is: using, or giving of time, talent, emotional energy, etc., as for a purpose or to achieve something. Kenny Rogers said it best, "You've gotta know when to hold'em, know when to fold'em, know when to walk away, and know when to run". Investment measures what you get back compared to what you put in. One of the most expensive things you could ever do, is pay attention to the wrong thing. Everyone is not going to appreciate your investment. When you help some people, they think  its a come up, so they miss the come too! You need to take a inventory on the things in your life that is not a good Return On Investment (ROI).

We are in the same storm, but we are not all in the same boat. Storms are apart of life. We all thought this storm would be over by now, and only had reserves for a few months. Some have contracted the virus and survived, some have have contracted the virus and have died, and others have contracted the virus and are not sure if they are going to survive or not. We are in the “Same Storm Different Boat”. This is a difficult storm to navigate. We are going through a time when our perceptions and needs are completely different. These are uncertain times, but God is faithful, and he will keep whatsoever we commit into his hand.

A Difference Maker is someone who improves the lives of others. Albert Einstein said and I quote “The world is a dangerous place, not because of those who do evil, but because of those who look on and do nothing”. Great Difference Makers shift from seeing themselves as workers with an assignment to carry out, to seeing themselves as people with a difference to make. No one ever made a difference by being like everyone else.

To answer that question accurately, one must discover their purpose and destiny. Notice I did not ask you what you wanted to be. We have been asked this question, since we were kids, by our parents and teachers, “What Do You Want To Be When You Grow Up”. Most of us have bought into what we want to be, instead of discovering who we suppose to be. You have a purpose! You do not choose your purpose, God does. If you don’t accept it you will live a unfulfilled life, trying to be something that you were not created to be. If we fail to identify “Who We Are” we rob those around us, people that we encounter us, that moment or experience you were designed to give. We are so attached to the story of our self, to that person who we think we are, that we prevent ourselves from realizing our true potential. Our ego will go through great lengths to protect the version of self that it’s created for us to identify with. The real you is right here, right now. Empty yourself of any judgements, opinions, and labels you or anyone else has tried to attach to you.

Carpenters and builders have learned to avoid making mistakes the hard way, thereby ruining valuable and cost materials. So, the saying about measuring twice and cutting once plays a major role when it comes to cutting a piece of wood. Measuring twice means making sure that one has thought of all the things that could go wrong before acting or making a decision. We are building marriages, families and children, so in actuality we are building “Relationships.” Everything we do, everything that we are involved in, deals with a person. Most of the people we come in contact with are either hurt, disappointed, unloved and have formed their own reality about life. The problem is everyone is looking for unconditional love, but at the same time carrying a bag full of conditions. We all must measure the things that are attached to our lives, so we can make the proper assessments. If truth be told, something’s in our lives should have been cut off long time ago. We often make permanent decision based off of temporary emotions. Most people’s wounds will never heal because they rather have the attention of the issue, than the freedom of being whole. If you focus on the problem more than trying to find the solution, you will always remain stuck.

Can you differentiate between what is necessary and what is not? I believe we have made adjustments on things that were not necessary, because those things did not: push us closer to our destiny and purpose, it did not make us better, and we were still left with the same results, nothing. One of the worst things you can do in life, is focus on the wrong things. Until we realize and understand what is necessary, we will never make the right adjustments. Life is not a straight line, you must be adjustable along this journey. Our whole life is about “Becoming”, which LLC will take our whole life to Become. Until you make the necessary adjustments, you will only achieve the “BE” and that is by default, when you were born, you came to BE. But adding the “Coming” will take a transformation that will only be achieved by making “The Necessary Adjustments”

The Moment Of Truth is defined as: a time when a person or thing is tested, a decision has to be made, or a crisis has to be faced. Everything, every phase, every situation comes down to a defining moment. A moment had to do with your conception. A moment was involved with your birth, and a moment will take place when you take your last breath. Some moments will reveal who you really are. Some moments will affect the rest of your life. We all have moments, but the separator is how you respond to that moment. Some moments are unavoidable. Some moments are detrimental to your destiny. A lot of people miss their moment, do not miss yours. We are all her But a moment, make your moment count. This is your time, this is your season. You have been given everything you need upon conception. Make every moment count. Leave here on empty.
