Most people do not fail because they cannot succeed. They fail because they stop before reaching the summit. The Mountain Method is my 12-step framework that helps you replace excuses with action, sharpen your focus, and reach your goal.
You will learn the three stages of the process. First, how to build a rock-solid mindset that can handle any challenge. Second, how to take action that moves you forward without distraction. Third, how to use habits that keep your results strong over time. This method works for income goals, time freedom, personal dreams, and more. You already have what it takes. The Mountain Method shows you how to prove it.

About Rebecca:
In 2008, I blew up my life in spectacular fashion. I left a rule-based religious group, divorced, and lost the few people I had leaned on. I thought greener grasses awaited me. I was wrong. Despite building a wildly successful digital marketing business and growing my family to four kids, I felt nothing but dread each morning.
Then came what I now call Epiphany Town. It was that electric moment when I stopped defining my life by what happened to me and began building on purpose. That phase lit me up in a way I had never felt. Now I devote every ounce of my energy to guiding others through their own version of Epiphany Town. I help them forgive their past, let go of self-sabotaging stories, and leap into a life that is meaningful and deeply fulfilling.
I believe each of us has a story to tell, a gift to offer, and a life worth waking up for. Whether your goal is to impact one person or a million, I am here to help you see your place, claim your voice, and live your life on your terms.

I went from growing up in a fear-driven cult to surviving a near-fatal car crash that became my wake-up call to rebuild my life. I lost my marriage, job, and community and later created a million-dollar business that I chose to walk away from when I saw it was built on the same self-made barriers that had trapped me for decades. In this episode, I share how I dismantled those barriers, turned my identity from a prison into a passport, and built a scalable business rooted in freedom, self-worth, and lasting success.

After taking time away, I’m excited to bring this podcast back. From Barriers to Breakthroughs is where we talk about the struggles that keep us stuck and the shifts that help us move forward. I created this space to share honest stories, both mine and others’, about facing fear, breaking patterns, and building a life that feels truly yours.
This podcast is not about pretending everything is perfect. It is about telling the truth even when it is messy, and finding the lessons inside the chaos. Each episode will help you see your own barriers more clearly, give you practical tools to push through them, and inspire you to take bold action. Your life is not meant to run on autopilot. It is meant to light you up.
Are you looking for ways to reach your greatest life? Do you want to
find out what your GOAT Path is? If so, then this podcast is for you!
Today, we're going to explore the concept of the GOAT Path and how to
find out what it is. We'll also discuss the different components that
make up the GOAT Path and how to reach your greatest life.
If you're interested in finding out what your greatest life could look
like, then this podcast is for you!
By the end of the podcast, you'll have a better idea of what you need to
do to reach your goals and live the happiest, wealthiest and most
fulfilling life possible!
You don't have to be lost. You are not broken. And you have choices. As
you take even the smallest step towards what you really want - heck, if
you even take the time to DETERMINE what you want - then you'll find
that the opportunities start to pile up, and that future that you
thought was so far away becomes real.
You may be attempting to be productive...but doing it all wrong.
Anyone can be busy. It takes some training, practice and strategy to be really productive.
It's been a theme in some of my coaching calls lately so I figured I'd share some ideas here on how to fix your "busy" or "I just can't get to the important stuff" problem.
It's easy to get dragged into other peoples' emergencies. They can seem so compelling! It's easier to solve someone else's problems than our own anyway so who cares? Then you drop what you're doing, no matter how important...and skip off with your 5 Alarm Fire Friend.
That's not going to get you anywhere. You'll eventually come back to whatever you were working on (or not), and feel like you have to start allllll over again.
Save yourself the mental anguish. Follow these rules and it'll be a golden, beautiful and productive day!
Life happens and it's not always pretty. On a day when nothing seems to
work, and you find yourself laying on the floor outside your office
staring into space wondering how you can turn things around...you have a
choice.
You can choose to complain about your situation, or contain it - and not
let it steal your joy and your productivity!
Taking your self-limiting thoughts and beliefs, and burning them to ashes is insanely satisfying - and psychologically freeing. Remove the burden and blindness of your self-sabotaging thoughts with your own F*ck It Bucket!
Being "nice" isn't actually getting you anywhere. Being KIND, however, offers clarity - and you get WAY better results.
Here's how to know if you're being nice (and getting nowhere) or kind.
There is a constant war for our attention. Billboards, ads, social media feeds and more.
I have come to realize that the social networks in particular are insidious and downright dangerous for us, because they are literally designed to make us enraged (not engaged), they prey on our weaknesses and insecurities, making us feel like we are alone in our problems. Worse, they try to convince us that systemic, deep problems can be whisked away with "this one simple solution!"
There is an opportunity to make a change at the individual level, and it's in you to do!
There are ideas not only on what we can do individually, but how we can contribute to changing the way our social networks - and society at large - operate, driving us more towards growth and joy than degradation and anger.
You can tell yourself that the world is out to get you, and that you're not equipped to handle things..
Or you can be like Dorothy, the Tin Man and the Lion and "Lions, Tigers and Bears, Oh my!" your way through the day, using phrases that build confidence, not tear it down.
Have a listen as I explain what I mean, so you can start using better words to tell your brain what to see, and how to respond to any situation in life!
