From Shadows to Simba...🦁

When Sophie joined my program back in June 2024, she was a different woman  Insecure, hiding in oversized black jumpers even on the hottest days, doubting her worth and dimming her light

Fast forward to NOW she’s 22kg down, wearing dresses, walking with confidence, chasing her goals, and showing up as the lioness she was always meant to be🦁✨

Since joining, Sophie (aka Simba) has:
🏔️ Climbed Snowdon
📸 Completed two photoshoots (and booked a third!)
💪 Built consistent habits with running and the gym
💫 Attended events that helped her meet herself on a deeper level
🎤 And now… she’s sharing her story on my podcast.

But this journey isn’t just about the physical

It’s emotional. It’s healing. It’s legacy.

She’s doing this for her beautiful little girl, and just as powerfully, for the little girl inside herself who was told to shrink, stay quiet, and put everyone else first
