Are we always able to chose what we know is the best? Can we chose to make the right decisions at times when we struggle emotionally, financially or mentally? Can we be judgemental and tell that sobriety, veganism, environmentalism or even kindness is a choice available to everyone.
I don't think so. Listen to my new episode "Freedom of Choice" on my podcast From Darkness to Light, available on iTunes and Spotify.

In this episode I share about how our wounds can be obstacles in friendship. I share how we can notice signs of wounds and work on healing them, instead of braking up or blame the other one for us hurting.
Friends are angels who come into our life and follow us for shorter period of time, or for life. They are great learning experiences on how we can heal and become our true selves and can support us in our growth. Good friends are manifestations of love in our lives.

What if all that is real in the past is all the love we gave and all the love we received? What if going into therapy can help us reveal all the love we received in our childhood, instead of only seeing the mistakes and the errors? What if going back into our past, we can atone and take responsibility for mistakes done, and change the present and the future?
In this weeks epsiode I share about how therapy can make us see the past with new eyes and how we through atonement can transform past hurts and mistakes into gratitude and forgiveness.
