  • I love, therefor I am

In this episode I share about how if we show up as ourselves, it's impossible not to love us. If we focus on removing all blocks to love, we are not as easily hurt if love breaks down. When we show up with our masks and our judgements, the pain is bigger because as ourselves we cannot be hurt. What is, is.

I also share about the inability to feel love and to show love, and how painful that is not only for the one not receiving the love, but also for the one imprisoned in the not feeling.

  • Motherhood - Ending the blame and owning a life's work
In this episode I share about my mom and her motherhood, and how important it is to me to end the blame. Buy blaming her for what she did wrong, instead of giving her tribute for how amazing my sisters and I became can never be right. By ending the blame towards her I also give myself permission to rid myself from guilt of my own mistakes. Motherhood is a life's work and it should be treated as such.

  • Medicine - A way out of depression
In this episode I share openly about the life changing effects medicine can have on depression. I also share about the judgements and beliefs that yoga, mindfulness and meditation can replace medicine, or is a better way to deal with depression. To sit with pain is not the same as to sit with depression. In 90% of the cases, depression is the state that precedes suicide. Medicin can save lives and I share about ways to handle judgements and stigma around medicine being considered a weakness. Help comes in many shapes and is never to be rejected, but welcomed.

  • Identity Crises - When we let a role become our essence

In this epsiode I have a guest, Mirjam Johansson Grant, and we share openly around the crises that often comes when we lose a job, a partner or someone dies.

Why do we mix up a role with who we are in our essence, and why can it totally swipe us off our feet?If we equal who we are with the role as parent, employee, friend, boss etc, we tend to lose more than the job or partner when it happens, we lose ourselves.

  • Stop Talking about Suicide - Do Something! - Suicide episode 3
Every 20th second a person commits suicide. 1 million people die from suicide every year, and 20 million people try to take their life. How can we not treat suicide as one of the major causes of death on the planet? How can we not have crises centers, mental health clinics and tons of money invested into research on how to make this stop? We must stop tlaking about suicide and raising awareness, we must take action, globally. This is a Corona crises that is on repeat EVERY year, and it's increasing.
