In this episode I got the chance to speak with my friend, Jessie Medina. Jessie is the Founder & CEO of several businesses including FEM Latinas, FEMgency, FEMX Podcast and of course FEMX Quarters, a co-working and event space located in the hills of San Diego. Her mission is to create positive impact by being a motivational and loving leader and to inspire women to overcome their fear and follow their dreams.

Although I consider myself and good friend of Jessie’s. I was still surprised to hear many things that she revealed throughout our interview.
