This week, the guys dive into a number of topics including Andrei Markov announcing his retirement and why he wasn't re-signed in 2017, a Brandon Prust Twitter war that sparked a debate about what the NHL can do to keep up with other sports leagues and a great conversation [50:42] with Matthew Smith. Matthew is an independent filmmaker who's work can be showcased on the NBA, Formula-1, NFL, CFL and most notably for Habs fans, Under Armour platform for his work with Carey Price. The boys wrap up talking about the new media feature the Habs have been operating and how it could end up being the norm moving forward.

This week, the guys welcome branding and PR representative Saverina Scozzari to the show [26:46] who explains that what she does revolves a little more around the "human" side of players, what goes into personal branding and some experiences with her clients that include Nate Thompson, Vincent Trocheck, Shea Theodore and many others. Mike and John also dive into Trevor Timmins' recent comments regarding the draft, Alexander Romanov, what GM's and scouts are going to have to deal with this year and debate whether they'd like to see the 2019-20 NHL season continue or start fresh next year. They also make their picks on which NHL player they'd see themselves quaruntined with.

This week, the guys were spoiled rotten to welcome the voice of the Habs for TSN, Bryan Mudryk back to the show. Bryan was an absolute treat and listeners will not want to miss this conversation. This week, the Habs were back. No, not the actual team but the guys got into some serious Habs talk and it felt great. They discussed Carey Price’s recent NHLPA honour as well as questioned whether he’d ever leave the team to try and win the Cup. They talked about Weber’s PSA, whether Julien was going to make any changes next season and whether it was time for Bergevin to own up to the team he has built. They also mused about how they would feel if hockey restarted with everyone made the playoffs and the Habs won the Cup. 

This week, the guys welcomed back a very special guest to the show, their first time 3-peat guest and the best damn dressed reporter in Montreal, Mr. John Lu. John and the guys talked Habs, shared thoughts on the entire 2019-20 season, whether we’ll see the Habs again this season and what the future of hockey might look like after the COVID19 virus settles down. The three then transitioned into some fun and more personal subjects that brought out the "heavy metal" side of Mr. Lu. Mike and John also covered some recent Habs news and let rip on some of the shenanigans on social media, a recent Twitter gaffe by a popular hockey account, the situation with Bruins ownership, recent lay-off's, all the postponements and some off-beat entertainment talk.

This week, the guys checked in with everybody with the usual Habs talk including Cole Caulfield, the organizations initiatives to help the community and some messages to the listeners in hopes to keep the positive vibes up during these uncertain times. If that doesn't work, a great conversation with the one and only Sheldon Souray will. We talk about his new home in Las Vegas, some of the good, bad and ugly inside the business of hockey as a player, a few things that go through the mind of a professional athlete when it comes time to selecting a city to work in, shortened seasons, the benefits and drawbacks of the pressure cooker in Montreal and where he's currently at in life. 

This week, the boys tip their hats to Henri Richard after a long week of the city, province, country and the entire hockey community mourning the loss of "The Pocket Rocket". They also stressed the importance of celebrating these living legends while they're still with us, as the Habs have done for decades. Mike and John finally had to come to grips with the reality that the post-season will not be in the cards for the Canadiens this season and tried to explain their feelings moving forward as fans and perhaps the few things they can look forward to, hope for and what they feel needs to be done. Carrying on the tradition of news breaking while they record, they broke down Jesperi Kotkaniemi being on the shelf for the rest of the season and what it could mean for his 2020-21 season. To wrap things up, they took at stab at some of your Twitter questions in hopes of finding some positivity to carry them through another week.  

This week, the guys broke down each of the major interviews Bergevin provided over the last week, covering a number of hot button topics such as the tough season, Kotkaniemi in Laval, Caufield’s progress and of course Claude Julien. The guys tried to make sense of the decision to keep Julien on and speculated what Bergevin might be thinking going into the off-season.
