On this episode we will discuss a list of items that subtract value from a home in a buyer's mind. . .something that no homeowner wants to do.  I encourage all homeowners to listen to this list and work on crossing some of these items off your list sooner than later.  You never know when a surprise move may enter your world and it's so much easier to do small improvements over the years rather than all in the 2 weeks before a move!
