Sam has a background in both the commercial real estate and start-up technology space. Working as an acquisition analyst at a REIT was a part of acquiring over $50mm of multifamily properties. In the tech space, he has worked with both mid-sized and Fortune 500 executives to drive culture change, increase employee well-being. Sam and his wife, Hillary, are the parents of two amazing children. When he isn’t working you are likely to find him with family at a beach near his home in Southern California.
