  • Episode 91 with Energy Healer Kelsey Manilla

"My mental health was already suffering so much. Like I mentioned before, I was just in this space of like I had put such limits limitations on my happiness and I didn't know that."

After many, many years of doing things the “right” way, she came to realize how programmed and conditioned she was to seek external validation, status and physical things in life. But who was she without all of that? The answer brought her to this beautiful journey.

Through her own healing and release, she created a space merging energy healing, coaching and nervous system work to align the body, mind and soul. Whether you are ready to work with her on a weekly basis or looking to get your feet wet in the spiritual world, it is her soul’s mission to help you come back home to yourself. Feel more confident, aligned and clear through energy work, life coaching or a combination of the two.

In episode 85 we have Dr. Natalie Feinblatt coming on the show to talk about trauma, and addictions!

When you work with her, you are accepted and listened too carefully and perceptively. Her therapeutic approach helps you feel centered and much more grounded.

Initially, she works hard on getting to know you and the issues that have brought you to see her. Then she will adapt her style to meet your needs and strive to treat you with a balance of gentleness and active encouragement. She will engage in an active dialogue that will be equal parts expression, keen listening, and humour.

Sometimes she might push you just a little! She believes that “nothing changes if nothing changes,” so she will help her clients gain the willingness and strength to do things that are initially scary but ultimately very rewarding.

After you are a few months into your work with her, you will be able to see the seeds of hope you plant together begin to grow and blossom in your life.

When you lack hope, She is here to hope for you until you can see it become a reality.
