In my studies of the psyche and in my personal experiences... also it is a fact of reality... addiction is a pandemic in and of itself. In order to heal we have to be willing to embrace our darkness and heal our wounds; to unwind our codependent nature and learn to discern for ourselves, nurture ourselves, and ultimately come to a state of total self governance.

There is beauty in just doing because... for no other reason other than the pure joy that comes from expressing oneself fully. Part of healing codependency is to live our lives for ourselves, so here I am!
