The Life-Work tug of war is constant.
You are never just one title, identity or role; personal or professional.
So how the heck do you actually create a life that honors and holds all the hyphens, titles, passion projects and hats you love wearing?
This week we engage that tension. We brainstorm and troubleshoot the particular stress of all the balancing and planning that goes into the holiday season.
And we need your help! Shoot us a msg on social or via email, and check out our stories all week for a robust crowdsourcing of ideas to help us ALL in these busy times.

Let’s be honest… we’ve ALL tried to change and failed.
But what if the problem isn’t you?
We’ve all attempted the new year’s resolution or shot for a professional goal at work and… the vast majority of us missed the mark.
We feel trapped by circumstances, obligations, and beliefs that we can’t actually do more or be more. We’ve learned change is hard and it has led to the often unconscious, unspoken doubts in our mind: Is change really possible? Is change really possible for someone like me?
But what if the problem isn’t you?
What if it’s actually a failed model of change that we’ve inherited from society?
Today on the podcast we talk about a new model of change rooted in The Power of Possibility.

When Adriana was young, she discovered that through theater, she could communicate inner emotions outwardly and move an audience. She then became fascinated with the art movement Expressionism which externalizes internal ideas to evoke change. As a director and coach, she helps people reveal authentic self-expression by starting from their core center.
Listen in as Adriana shares about breaking down silos between work, family, and self to achieve wholeness. She explores how we can integrate the internal and external to foster human connection and growth.
