  • All emotions matter

Mental health is such an important topic these days as we are dealing with so much right as a society. Yet mental health remains a stigma on the men's side. I have gone to therapy this year and it has not only changed me for the better but I'm now an advocate. Today's episode Jupiter Grant and I dive back in middle school to see where this stigma originated. Find out the cool "Did you know facts" on our new segment. I absolutely lose my mind on today's Salt Segment lol (I was seeing red). Tune In.

  • Making friends as an adult

"This week feels longer than last week" - Jupiter Grant. This episode we discuss the challenges of making friends post college. As an adult we no longer prioritize making friends or do we? Is it different for men and women? How many friends do you have that can walk into your house and go straight to your fridge like it's their house? We dive into the world of adult friendships. Jupiter Grant is back with "Did you know facts" and we also bring back Judgment Zone with a random artist. Tune in and find out what was grinding my gears this week in Salt Segment!

  • Summer flings

Put your middle schools shoes and backpack on and travel back in time with us on the journey to rediscover what summer flings were like. No we're not referring to hook ups/tinder or anything like that. We're talking about the pure, genuine love you discovered for someone that only lasted about as long as summer camp. Can we actually recreate that feeling as adults? Tune in! of course we have Jupiter Grant's latest Did you fact segment as well as Salt segment. (Judgement Zone will return next week!).

  • Weather man's in on it

Curious if meteorologists, natural disasters, and local economy are related? Well, we certainly are. Living in Florida and having the fear mongering cultural around hurricanes seem to always have an impact on the local economy. Can the severity of the natural disaster match the warnings? These things seem to be off... Today's podcast we're venturing into our own conspiracies lol. New segment with Jupiter Grant and our usual shenanigans. Tune in

  • Florida traveler stigma

Jupiter Grant has driven out of the state on vacation and he is reporting back to us about his findings. If you're looking to leave this state for vacation in the next month or 2 then this podcast is specifically for you. Apart from all the other "Floridian stigmas" we are aware of, the travel one is new. Grant's first hand account is exactly what we need at this moment. We have a new artist going through the Judgement Zone as well a salt segment devoted to Floridians.

  • Growth

Is there a correlation between personal growth and how much you are valued professionally? In other words when you grow as a person does that mean you deserve to be paid more? Today's podcast will make you think a little bit because Grant and I have different opinions about growth especially in the workplace. New artist on From1millenial Judgement Zone. Grant brings one of the best Salt Segments this month!.

Are people still going on vacation?  Disney World is open but are people actually going? It's almost August already... how? So many questions on today's podcast but the most important one is who are you tanning for? (Ladies). New artist on today's Judgment Zone and the Salt Segment comes at you fast like life.

  • Are you from London? (Special Guest)

Special guest Vinnie K from London joins us on today's podcast where we discuss whether or not Hollywood can save the "summer blockbuster" this year and also schools reopening. Jupiter Grant has some insider information on whether or not schools will open in Florida. Judgment Zone has a surprise artist as usual Jupiter Grant is generous with his score. Vinnie shares what's it like growing up in London as well as why he is still salty about his last encounter with the police. Tune in!

  • Entitled millennials

"There's more than one way to milk a cow" - Jupiter Grant. I don't make these quotes up guys I swear that came out of Grant's mouth lol. Do we feel a sense of entitlement to results just because we've "put in the work"? Millennials get called out for being entitled and I think it may be our false sense of entitlement but are we wrong for having it? Lots of food for thought on today's episode. New artist on Judgement Zone as well as a fire Salt Segment as usual!

  • Covid-19 test results

If you want to know what waiting on Covid-19 test results is like then this is the episode for you. Grant and I had to get tested this past Tuesday listen to the podcast to find out why. (I'll give you a hint... his birthday bbq). The entire experience of trying to get tested was different for both of us which is funny but disturbing on the lack of uniformity for this epidemic. Other countries have 1 system and everyone follows it but not here. Also new artist on Judgement Zone and my saltiest Salt Segment ever.
