Everyone could use some joy in their life, but what exactly is it? Is it better than happiness? How do we get it, and more importantly, how do we keep it? My parents are joining me to talk the Fruit of the Spirit known as joy.

About Mom & Dad:

Most people look to their parents for an example, and I'm no different. I took a little bit of each of their personalities--my mom is analytical and good with arts and crafts; my dad is a nature lover and tends to go with the flow. Since they are the people who instilled in me the ideas about what would make me happy, or what would make me joyful, I invited them to talk about joy.
