This Week on Full Circle, the show was all about the women. On the fourth Friday of International Women's History Month, Full Circle celebrated women. Joy Moore was your host and she shared an interview with three women About their journey to, and experiences working at KPFA Radio. She also shared a previously aired interview with Liz Carlisle Author of healing grounds and you’ll hear some great music by women artists, on Full Circle

This week on Full Circle we continue to keep our eyes and ears on Palestine and we also cover local and national stories. On tonight's show, we’ll hear a short interview with one of the protesters that shut down the San Francisco international terminal calling for a permanent ceasefire in Gaza. We’ll also hear from the family of Angelo Quinto as they mark 3 years of achievements since their beloved son and brother was killed by Antioch police. We’ll close out the show with an update on Peehee Mu’huh aka Thacker Pass and the lithium mine that is currently devastating the land of the Paiute and Shoshone people.

This week on Full Circle we continue to keep our eyes and ears on Palestine as we share some voices from the hands off Rafah march and rally held last weekend in San Francisco. On tonight’s show, We’ll hear voices that kicked off the event at Harry Bridges Plaza. We’ll also hear a couple short interviews from the march. A doctor shares his thoughts on the targeting of healthcare workers and an organizer from Palestinian Youth Movement speaks on the importance of the day, and the SFPD violent response to protesters. We’ll close out the show with another segment from Block Report Radio featuring Lebanese attorney Belal Chatila talking about the International Court of Justice seeing merit in South Africa's accusations that Israel is committing genocide in Palestine. They also speak on the self immolation of Aaron Bushnell

This week on Full Circle we turn toward Women's Hestory Month and events, and, of course, while we do that, we continue to keep our eyes and ears on Palestine. On tonight’s show, we’ll hear an interview with retired army Colonel and Diplomat, now warrior for peace, Ann Wright. And in the second half of the show, we get the 411 on the upcoming International Working Women's Day, rally and march, March 8th. We’ll speak with reps from the Palestinian Feminists Collective and the Philippine Solidarity Task Force

This week on Full Circle we’ll hear from a recent teach-in on Gaza held in Brentwood California, including personal testimony from a displaced Palestinian. Also at the teach-in was a representative from Jewish Voice for Peace. We’ll hear how one Jewish person came to realize there needs to be a free Palestine. And a third speaker from the event is a Japanese American faith leader who details how his family was forced into prison camps here in the United States during WWII. We close out the show with an interview with one of the organizers of “La Caravana”, A group of folks that traveled from the Mexican border up to Sacramento, to bring attention to immigrants rights and farmworkers rights.

This week on Full Circle we again have three topics for you, although two come from the city of Antioch CA., and of course we continue to keep our eyes and ears on Palestine. On tonight’s show, we’ll hear from public comments at the Antioch City Council as the community pushes for a ceasefire resolution. And staying in antioch, the city has sworn in the first Police Accountability Citizen Oversight Commission, we’ll hear members of the Council, the new Commissioners and the Acting Police Chief. And to close out the show, we will hear a little of the opening ceremonies of day 2 of the MMIP Summit held at the State Capital

This week on Full Circle we again will be covering 3 topics, and, of course, we continue to keep our eyes and ears on Palestine. On tonight’s show, we’ll hear from a protest in Fairfield CA, at the Travis air force base where Code Pink and Youth 4 Palestine protesters demanding a ceasefire blocked entrances to the military base during the morning commute. And JR Valrey and Block Report Radio honor Black History Month with an interview with internationally known historian and author Gerald Horne discussing how the energy being generated against the genocide in Gaza can be used to stop the genocide in the Congo and the International Court of Justice case in south Africa. To close out the show, we will bring it back to Antioch CA, as Antioch Mayor Lamar Hernandez Thorpe signs the Pacific Environment’s Mayors Challenge, pledging no further investments of city funds into fossil fuel infrastructure.

This week on Full Circle we will be covering 3 topics, of course we continue to keep our eyes and ears on Palestine. On tonight’s show, we’ll hear from an East Contra Costa Imam, Imam Abubakr and a young organizer from Contra Costa 4 Palestine. They are hosting a teach-in and are pressing for Antioch City Council to bring a ceasefire resolution for a vote. And to kick off Black History Month on Full Circle we’ll hear from a past guest on the show, Oakland filmmaker Bryan Gible. He is wrapping up the first stages of his film Sign My Name to Freedom, The Lost Music of Betty Reid Soskin. And to close out the show, we will continue with Black History Month and hear why it's important to link the fight for black liberation to the fight for a free Palestine with a speech by the People's Mayor of Oakland, Cat Brooks.

This week on Full Circle, we continue to keep our eyes and ears on Palestine. On tonight’s show, we’ll hear from Dr Jess Ghannam a Palestinian American doctor who spent 25 years working in Gaza. We’ll also hear from Professor Hatem Bazian of UC Berkeley. They both spoke at the West Coast March on Washington. To close out the show, we’ll hear from JR Valrey and the Block Report, he spoke with Alameda County District Attorney, Pamela Price.

This week on Full Circle we continue to keep our eyes and ears on Palestine and the ongoing attempted genocide taking place. We also take a look at the growing conflict in the region with US strikes on targets in Yemen and Iraq and Iran launching its own strikes on Iraq, Pakistan and Syria.

On tonight’s show, we’ll hear from Aisha Jumaan of the Yemeni Relief and Reconstruction Foundation. She will give us a little history on Yemen and the Houthi who have disrupted shipping in the Red Sea. Then we will hear a speech from the West Coast March on Washington for Gaza. To close out the show, South Africa has presented its case of genocide in the International Court of Justice and Israel has responded. We will get an update from Lebanese American lawyer Belal Shatila.
