In tonight’s folklore-inspired sleep story accompanied by ambient music, you are the recipient of a strange fairy bestowal: to take the form of a different animal at each Full Moon. As the day wanes, you reflect on the many forms you’ve taken over the last year, and how much you’ve learned from the experience. You look forward to tonight’s incarnation in your favorite form: that of the wolf. As the moon rises, you awaken to your wildest self and embrace the freedom of the forest. If you’re still awake as the story concludes, I’ll guide you through a breathing exercise to open the throat chakra.
