We are so dedicated to a false narrative that is causing us to be sick, stressed out and highly burned out. When we are striving to get what we want, most of the time we put the obstacles in our OWN way. Allow yourself to realize that it doesn't have to be difficult and if it is, how are you showing up in that? What role are you playing in your life?

Reading a new book allowed me to realize the importance of having fun and setting intentions when creating my goals!
