In the month of January I dedicated my time to watching ALL of the Harry Potter Series— and let me tell you it was a JOURNEY! I had so much fun though and I feel like a brand new person ha! There is spoiler alerts so don’t come for me!

After watching Are You The One on Netflix, I am realizing more and more that we are not given the tools to learn how to regulate our emotions! This is has been such a huge cycle that involves the patriarchy, generational trauma and ancestral curses. We need to learn how to do this going forward and this will allow us to really dive into our emotions, open ourselves up to Divine Feminine energy and really fully express how we are feeling without embedding our personality and worth in these emotions.
