We call our podcast the “Fundamental Entrepreneur Podcast” for a reason and that is because we believe when entrepreneurs focus on the fundamentals of starting, running, and growing a business they will achieve success. One of the most important fundamental components of any business is YOU!! However, more often than not “you” or “me” are the weakest fundamental link in preventing our business from achieving success.
Generally, this comes down to our mindset when challenges arise. Do we have a positive mindset and except challenges as an opportunity to grow or is our mindset negative, only seeing challenges as a wall preventing us from moving forward?
In this episode, we are thrilled to be joined by author, personal coach, and speaker Charity Harderlie as she “brainwashes” us into believing in ourselves. Charity discusses how she suffered from social anxiety and depression, which made her believe she was defective. However, she turned this “lowest of lows” experience into a passion for empowering others. Drawing from her own experiences, Charity shares helpful tips on how we can overcome our personal fears and mental roadblocks.
If you are experiencing mental roadblocks on your entrepreneurial journey or need a reminder that you have what it takes to succeed, then this episode is for you. As Charity reminds us all, failure is a good thing and there is nothing wrong with imperfect action.
